There is a wide range of shops in Gokova - far wider than appears on first looking around the town. This is the stationary shop in the main street.

Gökova town has a large Saturday market and people come from all around the area to shop. There is a special tractor transport vehicle bringing people from Akyaka to Gökova.  There are many more stalls outside of the covered market ranging from hardware to clothing.

The Karya Veterinary Hospital in Gokova main street. The shop is just the retail and emergency part of the business.  Hasan has another location within the town with a modern surgery, kennels and dog training facility. He also has a house especially setup for cats who have to stay for any period.
